These Terms & Services (“Terms”) govern your use of the Frugal Health Tips website at frugalhealthtips.com, including articles, dietitian profiles, pricing descriptions, appointment forms, newsletter forms, and any other page we publish. By using the site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please leave the site. We may update the Terms from time to time; the date below shows the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
Last updated: September 28, 2026. Questions about these Terms can be sent to hello@frugalhealthtips.com. We do not publish a telephone number or a street address.
1. Who we are
Frugal Health Tips is a nutrition education studio. We publish practical writing about meals, groceries, eating patterns, and everyday habits, and we describe education visits with dietitians and nutrition educators. The studio is not a hospital, not an emergency service, and not a pharmacy. The name “doctor” on a profile refers to the educator’s training title as presented on that page. It does not mean the website itself is a medical practice or that a form submission creates a clinician–patient relationship.
The site is offered to adults who want to learn about food. If you use the site on behalf of a household, you are responsible for making sure that use fits these Terms. We write for a general audience and we do not target children.
2. Education, not medical care
All articles, menus, plate frameworks, price descriptions, sample schedules, and profile text are general information. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and they are not a personal plan until a qualified professional who knows your history says so. Nutrition science evolves. A pattern described as studied alongside heart health, digestion, or metabolic health is not a promise that the pattern will produce a particular result for you.
Do not delay, avoid, or change medical care because of something you read here. Do not stop or start medication, supplements in therapeutic doses, or a prescribed diet because of an article. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, managing an eating disorder, living with a chronic condition, or preparing for surgery, take questions to your own clinician. If you have chest pain, trouble breathing, fainting, signs of an allergic emergency, or any symptom that feels urgent, seek emergency medical care immediately. This website cannot respond to emergencies.
Food ideas on the site assume a typical ability to eat and digest a varied diet. They may be unsuitable for allergies, swallowing difficulties, kidney disease, or other conditions that require a specialized menu. You are responsible for checking ingredients against your own restrictions.
3. Using the website
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to view the pages and to print a reasonable copy for your own kitchen or household. You may not copy the site into another product, scrape it in bulk, mirror it, or present our articles as your own professional service. You may share a link, and the footer includes buttons that open a share window for the page you are on.
You agree not to misuse the site. Misuse includes attempting to break the pages, probing them for weaknesses, uploading harmful code through any field, harassing educators, impersonating another person, or using the forms to send spam. We may refuse, pause, or end access when we believe use is abusive or unlawful. Because the public pages are static, “access” mostly means the right to keep reading and to submit forms as they are designed.
You must be at least 18 to submit a form or to join a described plan. If you are under 18, you may read with a parent or guardian, and you should not send us personal information.
4. Accounts, visits, and forms
This version of the website does not create online accounts and does not include a password login. Appointment, contact, subscribe, and unsubscribe forms run in your browser. They check that required fields are present, that an email address looks properly formed, that a date is not in the past when a date is requested, and that a confirmation box is checked. When those checks pass, the page shows this confirmation: “Thank You! one of our representative will contact you”.
The forms do not transmit entries to a server operated by Frugal Health Tips. Nothing you type is stored in a database by this static site. A confirmation on the screen is not proof that a message reached an inbox. If you need a human reply, send an email to hello@frugalhealthtips.com from your own mail program. Please do not put highly sensitive medical detail into a browser form. Email is also not a perfectly private channel; avoid sending information you would not want exposed if an account were compromised.
Sample schedules on the appointment page are illustrations of how hours might be organized. They are not a live booking calendar and they do not reserve a seat. A visit happens only after a person confirms it with you by email.
5. Plans, fees, and cancellations
Pricing pages describe three education plans: Starter, Guided, and Complete. The figures shown are monthly prices for nutrition education as described on that page. They are not bills for medical procedures. A plan begins only when we confirm by email that we have agreed to work together and how payment will be handled. Viewing a price or passing a form check does not charge a card, because this static site does not process payments.
If a paid arrangement is later confirmed by email, you may pause or cancel by writing from the same email address you used to join. Tell us the month you want the plan to stop. We would rather pause unused service than keep a relationship that is not helping. Where a payment has already been collected for a period that has started, the default is that the period runs to its end unless we agree otherwise in writing. If we cancel because we cannot deliver the education described, we will discuss a fair refund for the undelivered portion.
We may change future prices or plan features. A change does not rewrite a period you have already paid for. We will describe material changes by email to people in an active plan, or by updating the pricing page for people who have not yet joined.
6. Newsletter
The weekly note is optional. The subscribe page and the footer form ask for an email address and a confirmation checkbox. The unsubscribe page asks for the address that receives the letter and a checkbox confirming removal. The same browser-only limits in section 4 apply: the static page can validate what you type and show a confirmation, and it does not itself add or remove you from a mailing system. To be sure a request is acted on, email hello@frugalhealthtips.com.
We do not buy address lists. If a mailing tool is connected in the future, we will describe that change in the Privacy Policy before we rely on it. You may leave the list at any time. Leaving the list does not by itself cancel a Guided or Complete plan.
7. Acceptable use of content
Our text, logo, page design, and original selection of material are owned by Frugal Health Tips or used with permission. The leaf-and-word mark is our logo. You may not use it in a way that suggests you are the studio, a partner, or an endorsed clinician. Trademarks of other parties that might appear inside a photograph belong to their owners; a photo of a person in a workplace does not transfer any brand rights to you or to us.
Photographs of food, kitchens, movement, and clinicians are used as editorial images to illustrate topics. They are not pictures of our specific clients, and they are not before-and-after claims. Reader notes labeled as illustrative examples are composite teaching stories, not documented case results.
You may quote a short passage with credit and a link to the original page for non-commercial discussion. You may not republish an article in full, sell our frameworks as your own course, or train an automated model on the site in bulk without written permission. Send permission requests to hello@frugalhealthtips.com.
8. Your submissions
If you email us, you promise that what you send is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to send it. Do not send another person’s health information unless you are their legal guardian or you have their clear permission. We may use the content of an email to answer you, to match you with an educator, and to improve how we explain a topic, but we will not publish your name or story without consent.
Do not send us material that is unlawful, hateful, or infringing. We may decline to reply to messages that are abusive. A lack of reply is not an admission of any claim you might make.
9. Third-party services
Pages may load fonts from a Google Fonts service and icons from a Font Awesome service hosted on a public network. Those requests share technical data such as an IP address with the operators of those services, under their own terms. Share buttons open Facebook, X, LinkedIn, or Pinterest windows so you can share the page address. We do not control those sites. Their privacy practices and login rules apply once you arrive there.
Links to those services are provided for convenience. A link is not an endorsement of every post on that service, and it is not a promise that the service will remain available.
10. Disclaimers
The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We work to keep articles clear and responsible, and we still make mistakes. Nutrition topics can be misread. To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular health purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be error-free, that a form confirmation means a human has received your note, or that a suggested plate will be safe for every reader.
Results vary. Weight, laboratory measures, mood, athletic performance, and symptoms respond to many factors beyond a single meal pattern. Any skill bar or star row on a profile is a plain-language description of teaching emphasis, not a clinical score or a guaranteed satisfaction rate.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, Frugal Health Tips and its educators, writers, and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or personal injury alleged to arise from reading the site or from relying on it instead of personal medical care. Our total liability for a claim relating to the site is limited to the amount you paid us for education services in the three months before the claim, or, if you paid nothing, to zero beyond what the law does not allow us to exclude.
Some laws do not allow certain exclusions. In those cases the exclusion applies only to the extent permitted, and the rest of the Terms remain in force. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or for harm that cannot legally be limited.
12. Indemnity
If you use the site in a way that violates these Terms or the rights of another person, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Frugal Health Tips from claims, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising from that use, including a claim that you submitted someone else’s information without permission or that you republished our material without a license.
13. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what this static site does and does not collect. It is part of the agreement between you and the studio. Please read it before you type health details into a form or an email. Where the Privacy Policy and these Terms both speak about forms, they should be read together, and the more specific sentence controls.
14. Changes to the site
We may add, edit, or remove articles, profiles, prices, and pages at any time. An old article may remain visible with its original date even after our thinking has been refined elsewhere. Check the date and, for personal decisions, check with a clinician. We may also suspend the site for maintenance or because a host is unavailable. We are not liable for downtime of a static site.
15. Governing interpretation
These Terms are a general agreement for an educational website. They do not name a court or a statute on purpose, because readers arrive from many places and because this static publication is not a substitute for local legal advice. Mandatory consumer protections where you live still apply to you. If a section of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. A failure to enforce a section once is not a waiver.
You and the studio agree that these Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any written email confirmation of a paid plan, are the entire agreement about the website. They replace casual remarks on social networks or in comment threads. A plan confirmation email may add practical details such as schedule and fee; if it conflicts with a marketing sentence on a page, the confirmation email controls for that relationship.
16. Contact
Send questions about these Terms, a takedown request if you believe material infringes your rights, or a note about an error in an article to hello@frugalhealthtips.com. Include the page address and a short description. We read mail during desk hours, Monday to Saturday, 9:00 to 18:00. We do not offer telephone support and we do not publish a street address.
Thank you for reading carefully. The kitchen advice on the rest of the site is meant to be simpler than this page. The length here is intentional: health websites should say, in full, what they are and what they are not.
