This Privacy Policy explains how Frugal Health Tips (“we”, “us”, the studio) handles information when you use frugalhealthtips.com. We publish nutrition education. People sometimes type details about meals, health goals, or households into forms. You deserve a plain account of what happens next. Please read this policy together with our Terms & Services.
Last updated: September 28, 2026. Privacy questions go to hello@frugalhealthtips.com. We do not publish a telephone number or a street address, and we do not ask you to mail documents to a physical office.
1. The short version
The pages you are reading are a static website. Appointment, contact, subscribe, and unsubscribe forms are checked in your browser. They do not send what you type to a Frugal Health Tips server, because this version of the site has no form backend and no database of visitors. A thank-you message means the fields passed validation on your device. It does not mean a file was saved in the cloud.
If you want a person to read your question, email hello@frugalhealthtips.com from your own mail service. That email is then handled by whatever mail provider you and we use, under this policy’s email section. We do not sell personal information. We do not run advertising profiles. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
2. Who this policy is about
This policy applies to visitors, readers, people who submit a form, people who email the desk, and people who join a newsletter or an education plan if those relationships are later confirmed outside this static page. It does not apply to third-party websites that open when you use a share button or when your browser fetches a font or an icon. Those operators have their own policies.
If you email us about another adult in your household, do so only with their permission. If you email us about a child you care for, send only what we need to suggest general family-meal education, and do not send detailed medical records through ordinary email.
3. Information you might provide
Depending on the form, the fields on this site ask for a first name or full name, an email address, a nutrition focus or topic, a preferred date, a message about your meals, a newsletter interest, or a reason for unsubscribing. Some forms include a checkbox confirming that you reviewed the details. These fields exist so the page can teach you what a complete request looks like and so the browser can validate it.
You might choose to describe symptoms, diagnoses, medications, family food rules, or budget limits in a message box. That kind of detail can be sensitive. Because the static form does not transmit the message, it also cannot protect it on a server — it simply never leaves the page unless you copy it into an email yourself. Avoid typing information you would not want someone looking over your shoulder to see. Clear the page when you are done on a shared computer.
We do not ask for payment card numbers, government identity numbers, or precise location on these pages. Do not send those in email either. If a paid plan is arranged later, payment instructions will be explained in that separate email conversation, and you should use only the method we confirm.
4. Information collected automatically
A purely static site still lives on a host. When your browser requests a page, the host or its network may create ordinary server logs: IP address, date and time, the page requested, and a user-agent string. Those logs are a standard part of operating a website and are used to keep the service available, to diagnose errors, and to understand rough traffic volume. We do not use them to build a marketing profile, and we do not combine them with form text, because form text is not received.
We do not set our own analytics cookies and we do not embed third-party advertising. Your browser may still store ordinary technical data. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies should not stop you from reading articles. Share buttons do not set a cookie from us; they open another site if you choose to click them.
5. Fonts, icons, and share links
To match the design, pages request the Poppins typeface from Google Fonts and icon files from a Font Awesome library delivered by a public content network. Your browser contacts those services directly. They may see your IP address and the fact that you loaded a page that uses their file. We do not control their retention. If you prefer not to make those requests, you can use a browser extension that blocks third-party requests; the text of the site should remain readable, though icons may disappear.
Share controls open a new window on Facebook, X, LinkedIn, or Pinterest with the address of the current page. If you are logged in there, that service will know you chose to share. We receive no report of that action back into this website.
6. Email you send us
Email is the channel that actually reaches a person. If you write to hello@frugalhealthtips.com, we use the message to answer you, to suggest a dietitian or a plan, to fix an error you report, or to handle a subscribe or unsubscribe request that the static form cannot complete on its own. We keep email as long as needed for that conversation and for ordinary record-keeping, then delete it or archive it according to our mailbox habits. We do not use your story as a public testimonial unless we ask and you agree in writing.
Please put a clear subject line on your note and avoid attaching full medical records. If a message arrives that we cannot safely store, we may delete it and ask you to resend a shorter version. Desk hours are Monday to Saturday, 9:00 to 18:00. Mail that arrives outside those hours waits until the next open day. Email is not monitored as an emergency line.
7. Newsletter intentions
The weekly note is optional and described on the subscribe page: one plate idea, one grocery swap, and one small habit. The static subscribe form validates your address and checkbox locally. It does not, by itself, add you to a mailing list. If we later connect a mailing tool, we will update this policy first and we will send mail only to people who have asked for it. Each letter will explain how to leave. The unsubscribe page is always linked from the footer.
We will not sell newsletter addresses. We will not add you because you only requested an appointment. Those are different choices, and a person can want one without the other.
8. Education plans
Starter, Guided, and Complete are described on the pricing page. Joining is not completed by the static website. If you and the studio later agree by email, the information we hold would typically be your name, email, the plan name, the focus you chose, scheduling notes, and the educational materials we send. We would use that information to deliver the plan, to reply to check-ins, and to keep a record of what was taught so advice stays consistent.
We would not sell that record. We would not use it to advertise unrelated products. Educators who need to see a note in order to teach you would be the only people inside the studio with a reason to read it. If a plan ends, we keep a brief record of the fact that it existed for as long as we need to answer a billing question, then we delete the detailed meal notes or reduce them to a minimal archive.
9. Sensitive health details
Nutrition conversations often brush against health. A sentence about blood pressure, digestion, glucose, or weight can be sensitive even when you consider it ordinary. Treat every message box and every email as a place where that sensitivity matters. Share the minimum that lets us point you to the right kind of education. We are not your medical record keeper. We are not a covered clinic on the strength of this website alone, and you should not expect this site to provide the legal protections of a hospital chart.
We will not ask you to post health details in a public comment area. The site does not offer public comments. Illustrative reader notes on the pages are written by us as teaching examples and are not quotes pulled from private mail.
10. Children
The site is written for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. Family-meal articles discuss feeding children in general terms for adult caregivers. If you believe a minor has emailed us, write to hello@frugalhealthtips.com and we will delete the message. Forms should not be completed by children.
11. How long information stays
Form text entered on a page stays in that page until you refresh, navigate away, or the browser drops it. We do not have a retention period for form text because we do not receive it. Host logs, if the host creates them, usually rotate on a schedule set by the host; we do not use them for marketing. Email is kept for the life of the conversation and a reasonable period afterward so we can remember what we already answered. You may ask us to delete an email thread. We will do so unless we need a copy to meet a legal duty or to resolve a dispute you and we still have open.
12. Sharing with others
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We share information only in a few narrow situations: with an educator inside the studio who must see an email to answer it; with a service that hosts our mailbox or our website, solely so those services can function; if you ask us to share something; or if the law requires a disclosure. A font or icon request is made by your browser to that provider, not a file we upload about you.
If the studio were ever reorganized, email records needed to continue an education plan could move to a successor that agrees to this policy. We would tell active correspondents about a change of that kind.
13. Security
No website is perfectly secure. A static site reduces one risk by not storing form submissions, and it leaves another risk in place: anything you later send by email travels through mail systems we do not fully control. Use a current browser, avoid shared computers for sensitive notes, and be cautious of messages that pretend to be us and ask for unusual information. We will not ask you for a password to this site, because the site has no passwords. We will not ask you to pay by sending a card number inside an email body.
If we ever learn of a breach affecting email we hold, we will tell affected people in a reasonable way and without undue delay, describing what happened and what they can do.
14. Your choices and requests
You may ask what email we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete a thread. Send the request from the address you used so we can be reasonably sure it is you. We will respond during desk hours. If a request is very broad or repeats in a way that disrupts the desk, we may ask you to narrow it. You may also unsubscribe from the weekly note at any time using the footer link and a follow-up email if you want a human confirmation.
You can stop using the site at any moment. Because we do not hold form submissions, there is often nothing to erase from a form. Browser history on your own device is under your control through your browser.
15. International readers
The site is published on the public web and may be read from many places. This policy does not describe the studio as based in any one country, and it does not limit the rights you have under the mandatory privacy laws where you live. If those laws require a particular notice, the more protective rule applies to you. Sending us an email may mean your message is handled on mail servers in more than one place, depending on the providers involved. Do not send information if you are unwilling for it to travel by ordinary email.
16. Changes to this policy
We will update the date at the top when we change this policy. If we begin storing form submissions, using analytics, or running a real mailing list, that is a material change and we will describe it here before we rely on the new practice. Reading the old policy is not a promise that the site will always stay static. The page you load shows the current practice.
17. How to reach us
Privacy requests, correction requests, and questions about this policy go to hello@frugalhealthtips.com. Include “Privacy” in the subject line. We read mail Monday to Saturday, 9:00 to 18:00. We cannot take privacy requests by telephone because we do not publish a telephone number, and we cannot accept them by postal mail because we do not publish a street address.
Thank you for trusting us with your attention. The rest of Frugal Health Tips is about meals you can cook. This page is about the smaller, important question of what happens to your words. On this static site, the honest answer is that a form keeps them on your screen, and an email is what reaches us.
