How to choose

Choose Starter if you like to read and cook and you want a weekly nudge. Choose Guided if you have a specific tangle — a family that will not eat the same meal, a training schedule, a sodium goal from your clinician, or a menu that has become tiny and tense. Choose Complete if several people eat from the same kitchen or you want a check-in every week while a new rhythm settles.

You can begin with a single appointment before you join a plan. Many people do. The appointment form asks for a focus, a date, and a short description of your days. That description matters more than any plan name.

Pausing is allowed. Write from the same email you used to join and say which month should stop. We would rather pause a plan than watch you pay for notes you are not using. Refund questions are handled by email and explained in our terms.
