Book AppointmentHow a visit feels
- You describe a real day of eating, not a perfect one
- You leave with a plate pattern and a short list
- Favorite foods stay unless there is a clear reason to change them
- The next step is small enough to try this week

Biography
Priya teaches patterns, not a single superfood. Her plates lean on vegetables, beans or fish, whole grains, nuts, and oils used with a spoon instead of a pour you cannot see. She talks about what research on eating patterns has explored, and she keeps the claims inside that fence.
Sodium is a practical lesson in her visits. People taste their usual soup, then the same soup finished with lemon, garlic, pepper, and herbs. The point is skill, not punishment. Restaurant meals and packaged sauces get a look too, because that is where salt often hides.
She will not tell you that a salad undoes a health condition. If you have a heart diagnosis or take medication, your clinician leads. Priya’s job is to make the food side of that advice feel cookable on a Wednesday.
