Book AppointmentHow a visit feels
- You describe a real day of eating, not a perfect one
- You leave with a plate pattern and a short list
- Favorite foods stay unless there is a clear reason to change them
- The next step is small enough to try this week

Biography
Omar meets people who have shortened their menu until eating feels tense. He slows the process down. Instead of removing ten foods at once, he looks at meal size, how fast the meal is eaten, and whether fiber jumped suddenly.
He explains the difference between a short experiment and a permanent rule. A trial of smaller, more regular meals can be useful information. A forever list of forbidden foods usually is not. Any elimination experiment should be time-limited and, when symptoms are strong, supervised by your own clinician.
Visits often end with three meals that are easy to digest for you, plus one fiber food added in a measured way — oats at breakfast, or lentils in a familiar soup — and a note about water so the change does not feel abrupt.
